Description

Beast Games is a one-man, full-time game making studio run by a very tired guy named Chris Peterson operating in Bakersfield, CA.

History

Early history

Beast Games was created as a hobby in 2007 by Chris Peterson while attending San Jose State University. He opperated Beast Games part-time, sporadically releasing flash games while completing school. He released a two popular flash games during this time: Avalanche and MIRC.

After finishing college in the Fall of 2009 he released a few more games while looking for a job: MIRC 2, Planet Hopper, and Survival Lab. After a year of searching and no luck finding a full-time job he began working for a security company to make ends meet.

In 2011 his long-term girlfriend, Maeley, found a job in Bakersfield, CA. Not willing to live apart Chris and Maeley decided to move to Bakersfield together. Chris quit his job and began trying to make games full-time.
